Michelle Martinez is a certified personal trainer and holistic health advocate based in Austin, Texas. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Michelle blends her deep knowledge of physical fitness with a passion for mental well-being.
